We Pray
We carry out ministry in total dependence on God’s direction and power, and that is primarily expressed in our commitment to obedience in prayer.

Small Group Model of Ministry
NLCC will not be a church “with” small group ministry as an option among other ministry choices. NLCC will be a church “of” small groups and ministry will happen in the relationship context of those small groups facilitated by caring leaders. Small groups will be the foundational sub-unit of everything we do.
The church exists for the non-member. The vision for NLCC is to connect with a large population of people in the region that are not being connected with by existing churches. Everything we do needs to answer the question “How does that help in reaching this disconnect group for Christ and growing them to full maturity in Christ?”
NLCC will be catalyst for the planting of more new churches regionally. Healthy churchs are alive and grow. A natural part of life and growth in “reproduction” not just size increase. NLCC is part of a movement of new church plants throughout the Great Lakes region.
